This means that you don’t blame everyone for things that don’t go to plan, go pear shape, or in your opinion are not perfect.
You don’t hold information back to try to get “one up”, you don’t hold grudges, and you genuinely look to assist the well-being of other people.
From this place of respect and appreciation, along with an understanding of your wants, and the wants of your team members, you are well on your way to building great teams, where everyone is a winner.
Teams are not always easy, sometimes there are challenges, sometimes tears, however, well built teams have a great foundation and more often than not grow stronger from the occasional challenge.
