If you are in business and want more great clients, believe more great clients are coming your way, and focus on the great clients you do have.
If you want more great employees, believe more great employees are seeking you out, and focus on the great employees you have.
This is not saying “disrespect and ignore the people who you have which you do not want”.
In fact, if you really care, and it is time that a client or team member moves on, are you really looking after anybody by holding them back? By locking people in, you are operating out of fear – a fear of poverty?
If this is the case, you are focusing on shortage, lack, and not having enough. Through this thinking and mindset you cannot build highly energetic and productive teams which survive the ups and downs of life.
