Activity goals
Of the above goals, you may have noticed that some are measurable, and others are not.
The ones which are not measurable, in a numbers sense, are usually measurable in an activity sense. Accordingly, these are activity goals.
Activity goals are often required to drive the number goals.
It is the activity goals which give you the ability to compound mindful activities, and the number goals enable you to assess if these activities provided the outcomes you are seeking.
