Property investors
There can be different types of investors in property.
Some investors may build a property portfolio over a long period of time. This could be residential or commercial.
Some investors may look at themselves as property developers. This is usually where the investor is erecting residential units on vacant land or building a range of commercial suites or buildings.
Some investors invest for the short term, through either property development or buying off the plan. Buying off the plan involves placing a deposit on a property before it is built.
